Good idea to make a dolly for the plow. I am observing the different designs of plow. I am going to make one for my Defender. Thanks!

I must get one of these poly edge wear bars. Bad ass. What PSI do you keep your tires at when plowing?
@JohnFrancoNH2 жыл бұрын
poly edge is great. 9-10psi on the tires. Thanks for watching

Was it difficult to install the hydrualic angle system?
@JohnFrancoNH3 жыл бұрын
Not at all. Wiring is all prewired just need to make basic hookup and route and mount switch on handlebar.

I purchased the glacier plow system for my sportsman 850 , I told dealer that I didn’t want the shift handle controller but that’s what they gave me, for the power angle I wanted switch on left handle. I ordered everything and plan on installing it myself. Where did you get your kit and did you install it.
@JohnFrancoNH3 жыл бұрын
I bought the kit from the polaris dealer when i bought the machine. I have links below my videos to all the equipment i use. The switch on the left is key to enjoyable plowing. No having to get off. Thanks for watching!

You have the wrong type of fairlead for a synthetic cable
@JohnFrancoNH2 жыл бұрын
Actually i prefer the larger radius of a roller fairlead its easier on the rope then the non roller one piece fairleads they tell you to use. Very sharp kink points under load with the ones you mention

Why not just leave the plow on during the winter months I mean u ain’t gonna be out trial ridding big the winter
@JohnFrancoNH2 жыл бұрын
I actually do use the atvs for non snow plowing activities quite a bit even in the winter months
