@@D3AtHrAiN333 the only thing i noticed, after transfering the files from ux0 to uma0 there were like 63gb on uma0 and 59gb on ux0. I checked every file and everything matched so i dont where the the other gbs went but not a big deal. Also adrenaline said my 661.pbp wasnt there. Working on that right now but it shouldnt be that much of an issue. It may just be corrupt files from transfering, 59gbs is a lot kinda. Do you know of anything else I should keep an eye out for?

Fixed: I think I just had to delete the adrenaline application and reinstall it. It works now. May have corrupted during transfer.

Thanks for the video man, this is so much easier than the original method when sd2vita came out. I was panicking a little earlier when enso was stuck but this fixed it. Also I copied the files when the sd card was in the pc, and to be sure it didn't miss anything I did a (triangle > copy all> then paste) from the Ux0 to the other folder. It worked and enso booted fine with my 200 gig card.

Be careful! That 512 GB Micro SD card you used was fake! It must have been an 8 or 16 GB card hidden as a 512 GB one by some trickery that these chinese manufacturers do... Once it’s full, (it’s going to be full at way less than 512 GB!) it’s just going to overwrite data which will corrupt. Real 512 GB Micro SD cards are very rare and cost over 319$, so beware! Unfortunately, a lot of cards like these are being sold and seem like a good deal, but they actually aren’t...

It doesn’t matter what adapter you use it just depends on the way you copy the files and usually what causes a problem is something to do with the encryption on the memory card but if you use the same app in this video to install a VitaShell.vpk like you would with any other application it fixes the problem and you can use VitaShell again

I really tried getting SD2vita to work for my PSVita but it's been a real pain. Unforetunely I tried this TF app and Auto Plugin but It just doesn't show up and forces me to reformat my other memory card. Which than needs to install molecule, move all my game files again, and reinstall all vpk files. If I knew it was gonna be this much a hassle I would have not messed with it as I had plenty of games as is on my 16gb card. Just thought I could upgrade. I spent all day on this and need a break so I'll reinstall all the files whenever. Another time. Wish Vita were as accessible and easy to mess with as the PSP x_x

If your trying to do this on anything higher than 3.65 you may run into an issue but if not try installing an app called SOS using the TF Card reader plugin after swapping ux0: for uma0: and use that to install VitaShell and then update it

I seemed to have messed up big in one of the steps. I have a slim model with 3.65. I had H-encore install with HENkaku and Vitashell and that was working just fine. After step 6 where you run TF Card plug-in, I cannot open up Vitashell anymore. When I open H-encore to reinstall HENkaku and Vitashell, I then exit H-encore but my vita blacks out and goes to the lock screen. When I unlock it and try to go back into H-encore it tells me "an error has occurred." Normally, when I reset my vita, Henkaku is disabled and I have to go into H-encore to enable it, but I noticed that if I do that, then I can not see the information on my internal storage. If Henkaku is disabled, then I can see my internal storage. Because I can't enable HENkaku I can't use Vitashell to FTP into my computer. Any suggestions or possible fixes? Thanks

Use the TF Card Plugin to file browse and install the VitaShell you have on the memory of your vita and re-install it also your gonna have to reinstall the H-encore possibly as well

Hello! First thanks for your help! FINALLY my card is working! So basicly to switch what you are sayig at th end of the video means to chose the sd2vita=ux0 option right? I chosed that and my content manager shows 59 gb now. So it should be fine now...... Can i remove the PS VITa Sony Memorycard now? Or will it crash? I read somewhere that some guy took his original vita card out and all hack was gone. Can this be true? Didnt want to do the whole prcedure from the beginning again. Yes that is the correct option also you can remove the PS Vita memory card but you don’t really have to just use it as extra storage just Incase your SD2Vita becomes faulty, also you can put ripped games on the SD2Vita as well you just need the image loader VPK installed so that way you can mount it and run it

Is there a way to copy the softwares(pkgj, adrenalin ect) to the micro sd? Or do i have to install every tool again? I had success on installing ps vita games! But i cant run any ps1 game with the pkgj shop. Downloaded 2 psx games and no bubble apeared on the homescreen. Then i made bubbles with the "adrenalin bubbles" tool. You can copy the folders of the applications over but it might cause issues your better off just reinstalling them to the SD2Vita memory and also reinstall the pkgj For ps1 games I would just install retroarch and use that cause it will still be able to force boot even if the psx iso doesn’t have a bios file so your better off with the emulator 👍🏻👍🏻

Hi Well this method *kinda* worked.. im on 3.60. Old molecular shell(from vita browser).old enso as well. Im using latest vitashell (1.4?)... running the vpk.tried both options, no go cannot see my 16Gb uSD card. 2nd option again and booom the "apps" molecular shell/vitashell/tf installer got lost from vita main screen.. so installed again molecular from web browser... then for some reason, in vitashell i can see the uma and ux0... but when I connect to usb(to pc) the only thing I connect is the vita memcard(8Gb) and not my uSD card...so what I do for the meantime, (nonpdrm) I copy the game "installers" to vitamem, disconnect from PC and use vitashell to copy from vitamem to uSD. Then copy-paste the /app /patch files to uSD. Then update livearea. Kinda crazy I know..but it works.. deleted a game from vitamem just making sure that it does load from uSD card and not from vitamem. And yes it works.... Before this, ive tried the 'editing' of ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx to no avail... or maybe I have a "bad" v3.0 card adapter? No idea.. Anyways, it works..but I have no direct usb-pc connection between vitashell and uSD, only to vitamem. Edit: nevermind. Its working OK now. Just had to set it to sd2vita in vitashell when connecting usb-PC. ☺

uma0: Is listed as external storage on your PlayStation vita or TV the ux0: is the main partition of memory on the console. When you swap the uma0: for ux0: and vice versa, you are swapping what you use for your main partition

After doing win32 and removing putting back my sd card in my pc It's not asking to format it and the card is just normal with empty storage capacity on it Try to format it and do the rest of the step Autoplugin is not asking for a restart Then after i manually restart it, vita is asking to format the memory card I need to be remove the sd2vita for it to proceed to normal and do the process again ton no avail

If you have used the TF plug-in application and installed the SD2VITA plug-in using AutoPlugin the two drivers are conflicting with one another. Try uninstalling the autoplugin version and try mounting uma0:/

Im having crazy issues. I have watched about 15 tutorials and followed roughly 8 various forums and instructions trying to get this to work. I am on 3.65 enso downgraded from 3.7 using trinity. I have tried this app as well as auto plugin in an attempt to have my SD2vita be my external (uma0) and no matter what I do it does not show up in vita shell. Then trying to set it up as Ux0 to see if that works, I just get a (you need to format this memory card) which I obviously press "no." then it just doesnt read anything. Holding down L to bypass this leads to the same result (doesnt read sd2vita) I am convinced my sd2vita is faulty but at this point i am to ignorant to know.

Before you swap to your SD2Vita copy a VitaShell VPK to your memorystick then use the TF program to swap ux0 for uma0 after that re open the TF program and go to file browser and select the VitaShell VPK and install it using the TF reader program and then reboot your vita

If you have the original PS Vita you’ll need a Memory Stick to use for the downgrade procedure to 3.60 and then install HENKaku exploit, then after that you’ll have to update using the Enso Updater tool to 3.65 HENKaku Enso permanent. Once that’s done you’ll have to re-install the SD2Vita Drivers Make a backup of your SD2Vita before hand just in case

You don’t have to delete it at all it can just stay there because when you input plugins to the system the text scripts that you type out manually are to wherever you place the plugin file itself and usually that’s the ur0:/tai folder so that folder literally does nothing at all that is unless you wanna store your plugins on your ux0: to save memory in your system registry

tried doing this, but after i run the installer it doesnt give me the uma0 file showing the sd card value (my case 32gb) im using molecular shell and henkaku/enso from a 3.60 vita, sorry im a bit new to all this stuff so i just did exactly what was written in the description, only difference is i used filezilla to trasnfer the tf card plugin vpk file but it showed up and the installer ran smooth & asked for reboot but when i went into molecular shell...no uma0 file. i reformatted the sd card exactly how you explained, that all worked fine too so i dont know whats going on except maybe its because im using molecular shell instead of that vita shell? please help me vita gods! i just want to have sd space & download games to play :(

Well first I see that you formatted the SD and placed it in the adapter and popped that in your Vita next what you need to do is transfer the VPK over to the root of the ux0: using MolecularShell is fine to do this with next what you need to do is install that VPK and then run the application on the vita make sure you select SD2Vita = uma0 - Memory Card = ux0: and then you’ll reboot once you’ve done that you should see it pop up the only other thing that I can think of is that MolecularShell doesn’t understand the uma0: feature and you need to install VitaShell 1.82 or higher in order to utilize it

thanks for quick reply..yes, i did format the SD i used the windisk program to the sd card to wipe & upload zzBlank file, then it ask's to reformat it..used EXfat and default size & quick format, that part worked fine, then i transferred the card plugin VPK file via filezilla. Then i opened the card plugin vpk and installed that & i get a new bubble for the SD card, i click new SD bubble and then i clicked the top selection which should be the SD2Vita= uma0 - memory card = ux0 & then it installs and asks for reboot but then when i go back to molecular shell to check for new uma0 file, its not there. i tried a few times too, but maybe ill try again once more. Maybe molecular shell is the problem & i need Vitashell but im not sure how to switch from molecular shell to Vitashell, i think molecular shell is quite older isnt it? do you have any instructions on how to remove molecular & download Vitashell? or anything else you can suggest i do?

You could use this program SOS I have a video on it this will reinstall an older version of vita shell on the vita and then just update it, before trying that try going into the advanced settings and mounting uma0: manually, or just simply try reinstalling vitashell

Yes you can download the memory card swap application and use it to swap the memory card from one Vita to the next, if you have the SD2Vita adapter you don’t need to do anything just swap the SD2Vita from ux0: to uma0: and then swap the cards

If you have the ZZ file on the vita just delete it from there and put it onto your micro SD and then format it, then if you don’t have a memory card for the vita and you only have the SD2Vita just use the setup and you’ll be good

When you reboot try unplugging the SD2Vita adapter and see what happened it might be possible that you have a bad adaptor or SD card or it may have not been formatted properly

So your SD2Vita adapter seems to not be reading, be sure that it’s clicked in all the way and make sure that the SD card is formatted to exFAT and then use the application again if that doesn’t work just do a full format on the SD using your Mac or Windows and format to Fat32 and try it again. Let me know

Yes you’ll just have to put the Game Cartridge dumps in the form of VPK and install them with VitaShell

Open your SD2Vita app and go to the VPK installer section and reinstall VitaShell, if you don’t have a VPK of it on your drive, revert back to the memory stick being ux0: and place on on your drive, then flip the memory access again and then reinstall vitashell

@@lysol7204 turn the vita off. When turning it on hold down the left bumper and it reverse the change. I did fix it all but I used a different video this guy is crazy with the copy and paste one by one. I copy pasted my entire UXO from PC and make sure to delete all the tai folders afterwards except the one you copied pasted into the sd card.

Yes you can you just need to dump the games to the pc using VitaShell and select gameSD as USB device and then use a tool to convert it to a VPK installation file

HENKaku might be updated soon to run with 3.63 firmwares so leave the one that is on 3.63 on that firmware for the one that is 3.65 there are only exploits for that firmware and for 3.67 and 3.68 so I would say wait a little while before updating and try and load some exploits with HEN enablers for now

Swap back and then reboot once you do that open up your vita shell and then copy that exact install folder from your installations over to the installations folder on your SD2Vita then reboot again and you should have your vita shell

When you swap back locate your ux0:/ then looking in applications and you’ll see the VITASHELL folder copy that to your uma0:/ in the same directory and then swap your uma0:/ to ux0:/ using the SD2Vita and you should be good is that doesn’t work you can use the SD2Vita to reinstall VitaShell that way as well

Was this ever resolved? I'm in the same boat as you. I chose option 2 and everything disappeared but in settings it still says I got Henkaku. I always used FTP mode so when I plug into USB to PC nothing actually shows up for my Vita. So now I'm distressed and have no clue how to swap anything back or anything.

You vita will always have on-state storage wether it be 512mb to 2gb and HENKaku doesn’t take up that much space so you should need a memory card

Just curious does the zzblank file corrupt the micro sd card in anyway. Because after flashing my card with it everything worked fine psvita recognized it but when I tried to now copy my larger game files into it always give me a cant copy error. Redownloaded all the game files same problem. When I run system check on the micro sd card it says it found like 20000 errors on it and cant get files copied unto it... any advice

No it basically makes it in on partition drive forcing it to be formatted you could exclude using the ZZ blank Image and just right click on the drive and format as eFAT with default allocation size And get the same result but it will not corrupt the drive

Make sure the tf reader is all the way down and in the game slot and then also make sure that you have formatted the SD correctly and the. You have used the SD2Vita app to install the driver, once you’ve done that is should become readable

In order to use the sd2vita adaptor you need to be running CFW or the HENKaku exploit if you want you can load the HENKaku and then follow my video on installing HENKaku Enso 3.65 CFW and you’ll be good to go

I'm on 3.65 Henkaku Enso, I have everything except uma0 showing and I've tried multiple sd cards but it won't show. It reads the card (Loading a 128gb card at start up for some reason takes forever though... the orange light is flashing in the cartridge bay) and I know that the cards good, it just won't show me the drive in vita shell. I've also tried switch sd2vita, as well as manually, although doing it manually is nigh impossible because all of the links for the downloads are completely dead...
