I, personally, enjoy seeing budget build. Especially when the setup has been hand made, built from scratch or cleverly put together. I make my own furniture and it helps me get ideas to improve my gaming area and productivity area. Hrag's set up was good.

The budget episodes are my favorite. I feel like the budget you stick with for the set up is realistic and obtainable for a vast majority of people that would be watching this type of content. And because of that, you’ll inspire more people to keep working towards having a solid workspace. Of course, I love the insane builds and set ups I’ve seen on the videos because it feeds into that “life goals” type of enthusiasm, while the budget ones say “wow, I can do that to my set up in the next couple of weeks and still be ultra happy.”

What REALLY sets off a budget episode isn't the setups themselves (no offense meant if taken that way), but the commentary on what makes the setup a stand out, and how to achieve certain effects on a budget or through care. So, maybe not so much 'every five episodes', but when you have say 4-5 setups that are "teachable moments".

As many already pointed out: Budget episodes are absolutely bangers! Sure to get the best setups you need some good budget, but I for example can't help myself and try to cheap out on a thing or two and such episodes are always a nice way of getting inspiration to feed both, my setup needs and also my saving needs!

Honestly I am still drawing a lot of tips and tricks from the budget addition, I also agree that we all start somewhere and it’s important to feature and praise improvements regardless of how minimal they may seem in the grand scheme. My current desk is ok but it's a little tight and I could use more room and some drawer space as well. I really liked the tabletop and desk drawer idea.

Yes! The normal episodes are great, but sometimes it's just a bunch of people with a lot of money showing off that they have a lot of money (which is fun to watch). These budget episodes are great in a different way, because it shows the creativity people have when they have more constraints. It appeals to a larger group of people. Love it!
