Balloons expand in the heat. You have to under inflate a bit and tie pairs/dupes a bit apart so they have room to expand 😊

What do you do to prevent the smudged/foggy look on balloons when setting up outdoor balloons in the sun/heat? I know some people use balloon shine, but it doesn’t always work. P.S. your work is 🤩 amazing!
