1) none of the charges he's facing involves any victims (u may be mistaken it with JJY/CJH case where there are victims) 2) after being investigated for 4+ months, now its at the prosecution & after 2 months, they still haven't indicted him yet => evidence is severely lacking 3) his dad has accompanied him to the police multiple times b/c he believes in his son (along with many ppl who have been with bigbang from the beginning - the og security guards despite him no longer contracted w/ YG anymore). his sister has defended him; his father still stands by him IN FRONT of all the critics. 4) u need to wait until what the prosecution says before u state he's a criminal b/c that's a term that should be given to somone who's actually convicted of a crime. 5) many ppl still believe in him b/c of the lack of evidence (the judge also said so who overlooked his AW hearing)
