Seungmin is a menace but also one of the most mature members, who is extremely empathetic and knows exactly how to deal with each of them differently. There's this beautiful moment in his and Chan's 2 kids room episode where he talks about the only time Chan broke down in front of him and how he comforted him.

Seungmin Is fluent in English, He lived for a few months in America, because of his good English he was an MC at ASC, it's a Korean show for international fans, so the whole show is in English, the clip were he said "hyung you're fired" was from that show, they MCed together so they're close enough to make jokes (but it was still pretty savage 😂😂)

seungmin and han are the members whos english is very good(not including aussie line) seungmin use to live in american not even for a long time😭but he learned and practiced ever since and han learned his english while in malaysia. his teacher was british so han has a posh accent , but now its a british accent mixed with a australian accent because of felix and chan(really all their english is sounding australian now😭)

Just to add a little: Seungmin was in the LA as a child, but only for around 3 months. And Jisung was mainly home-schooled when he was in Malaysia (which was probably also the reason he could take his KSAT's at only 15 y/o.) I assume he most likely got his accent because he was/is exposed to that (media) more often.

I think as you get to know the members more, Seungmin, Chan, Lee Know and Changbin are typically the emotional pillars of Stray Kids. A few yrs ago when Hyunjin went on hiatus, those 4 really stepped up to be emotional support for the members but also for Stays. They’re very grounded and take very good care of each other and the other members. He’s awkward funny & a tsundere like Lee Know but you’re spot on with the confidence bc if you see him on stage at their concerts it’s a whole different level of confidence. He controls the crowd really well. In an alternate world, Seungmin would be a perfect leader in a different group. I think Chan mentioned it before in a 2 kids room ep I can’t remember

Seugmin is special!! Not only he´s funny and a good singer, but he´s brilliant and clever, accurate and mature, and he wins the respect of others (older and younger) for his thoughts and profound thinking. His speeches are always on point and he knows when to be funny and when to be serious. He reads the room and the personality of the people around him, he cares a lot about his members. One time (in a show) the mc ask SKZ what would they say if they were on a date with a stay; everyone went normal with phrases like Let´s watch a movie or Let´s go out to eat but Seugmin went: Honey, can you pass me a towel? 😳🤯🤯🤯😁😜 A couple of girls fainted (me in my house included) He surprised everyone, leaving all of them in shock (especially the members and the mc) 🤭🤭🤭 He´s cute, savage, smart, dedicated, a good person, polite, mature, funny, and the list goes on and on. Not to mention that HE´S INCREDIBLY HANDSOME!! Our little puppy!!

Chan only said some younger groups aren’t as polite and never mentioned the name) and now JYP doesn’t let Chan do Chan’s Room anymore and those Stays are furious even though they are the ones who caused it. A lot of Stays are mad at the toxic ones who caused it and some are furious over JYP, because Chan’s Room was special to a lot of fans and it’s just kind of messy.

4:50 ben you’re so right! seungmin has been referred to as the “skz controller” as few times before: the 9th s4 ep1 and side effects dance practice! the other member also praise him for being the most “strong-minded” - a great example of this is the 2min relationship. minho and seungmin bicker A LOT (in a loving way) and other members have said that they couldn’t stand being in seungmin’s place, on the receiving end of minho’s taunts, but that seungmin handles this really well and provokes minho too. seungmin has also admitted that to be in skz, he’s had to loosen a few screws. but he’s also the “dandy boy”. he’s our undercover madman!

Fellow Stay here to help! 0:37 I'm pretty sure that was an interview/show thing that Rain hosts (not 100% lmk in replies if I'm wrong) 1:17 Yes, Seungmin can speak English very well, he lived in LA for a couple of months I think! 5:28 ASC (After School Club) is a show/interview skz have been on multiple times and both Chan and Seungmin have been MC's there which is why Seungmin is close w Heejun 10:15 Chan and Felix are fluent in English but Seungmin and Han speak English really well too. Seungmin did live in la for like a few months as a kid but he mostly learnt it by studying. when he was announced to be mc for ASC which is an english-korean variety show where the mc's are needed to mc in english and translate korean to english and back- to bridge international audiences with kpop groups. he studied extra hard to make sure he would be able to mc in English and it helped him improve a lot. after that, over the years he's practiced a lot and has gotten incredibly good, he can be ranked 3rd best in the group. u can find him randomly conversing with felix and chan in english sometimes. i would dare say he's so close to being considered fluent

Seungmin lived in Los Angeles for a few months when he was little. So he learned English living in the US. For context he used to be an MC for ASC and worked with Heejun and Jamie, during that ep Stray Kids were promoting their album while simultaneously that was Heejun’s last day, and he took it upon himself to tell Heejun he was fired as a joke.

I am loving all the SKZ contents!! Seungmin is very good at english probably after Chan and Felix. He lived in LA for few months when he was young learned english there. Among all SKZ members who didn't really grew up abroad he is the most confident one in speaking english, next is Han then Hyunjin. Changbin recently is getting more confident in his english too while I.N and Lee Know understand English fully but still not fluent in speaking. Lee Know said he focused in learning Japanese cause they have other members who is already good in English, I think he is the most fluent one in Japanese 😁

I know Seungmin and Hyunjin live in USA for a bit when young. There is a video somewhere of Seungmin teasing Felix about the way he says “water”. Han grew up in Malaysia, learned English and gained a bit of a British accent. Accents: Chan and Felix - Australian (of course) Seungmin - American sounding Han - British Rest of the guys are a mix of American and Australian because of the Aussies and learning apps (there’s a video of Hyunjin trying to learn English, but “missing” the word because he pronounced it the same way as Felix who was nearby)
