Nicely done! I very much like how they kept the kitchen in real wood instead of attacking it with white paint. Those faucets in the garage would have been for a second washer.

Little itty bitty heads up. A little something I observed. Sometimes when you're hitting a thumbs up, something shifts and it ends up illuminating the thumbs down. You've already moved on to something else and didn't notice. I've gone back and thought "why does it say thumbs down? I don't do that kind of thing" and I fix these things. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't happen with your videos because I take my time with those, but other ones that I rush through watching! My thought is keep in mind that maybe a thumbs-down is an unknown accident; somebody thought they hit thumbs up, or they didn't even know they bumped it!

Not a bad house...kitchen cabinets a bit dark and granite too. Great landscaping in ft and back. Nice to see the ceiling fans but can anyone tell me why I don't see any solar usage on any of these homes and especially the new homes? I keep asking this question but never get a reply. Lots of staggering on the shelving, good for cats to jump on...lol.. I have a few of those kinds of shelves in my current house. I know of a lot of people who are moving out of state as fast as they can. I think for the money, I would prefer a brand new home, although this is a good home for a growing family.....thanks for posting

The Kitchen Cabinets remind me of what we sold when I worked at a home supply . not that it's a bad thing . They just use the same finish and method to attach the drawer fronts .

It’s a nice home that could be made lots better, but the one thing I don’t understand is the wall jutting out between the living and the kitchen , surely you could put the fire somewhere less conspicuous. The outside is nice but it needs more colour. Great tour as ever, take care and stay safe.

There is absolutely no reason for this house to be priced at that amount. 2006 all over again. Sellers listing homes for ridiculous price, the realtor doesn't give a shit because of the commission they stand to make so they list it for said price. The seller then over pays for a new "dream" house around the corner only to realize they can't swing it. Boom foreclosure... just wait 3 years house will be 350k

Business is good because folks are still fleeing California and other high tax states for Vegas. I read that up 250,000 Clark County residents face eviction or foreclosure in September. Prepare for a glut of available properties to hit the market.

@@scotttild My brother in law purchased a house in a gated community in Henderson, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, a casita in the back of the house, big yard, and it cost less than this house. This house is way over priced, imo. But if you love to pay more, than by all means, pay it. Lol
