That really is a beautiful indent. Best quality I've seen yet. If anything close to that aired in Perth in January 1989 I can't remember it but I'm sure we had a version. I'd like to find the one from TVW7 Perth from early 1980. 'Are you ready for 7? Are you ready for the good times?' Then a voice over on top of some dulled down ragtime style music ending with '7 is-a-ready for you!' With the Colour My World Seven logo still...

Thanks for sharing it. Interesting that the Sydney One features reference to the Australian Open instead of AFL.

If I'm not mistaken, Rick Price is the male vocalist here. ;-)

Hi, I stumbled upon your KZbin account while searching for TV commercials and Idents. I'm slowly putting together some custom live TV streams for my kids, where I can play content from the 90's-00's with a focus on Australian broadcasts. I'll be running this via DizqueTV. I was wondering if there is anyway you might share your idents without the STV watermark? It would be lovely to use your idents, and I have been sourcing as much material as possible without watermarks to give a more authentic feel. I'm hoping to overlay channel watermarks instead like 10, ABC 7 etc. No pressure at all, I just thought I would touch base and ask. I tried your email but it bounced back sadly. Thank you for the wonderful uploads!!

I love my country 🇦🇺 but Australia was a cringe culture back in the Eighties. Had to copy so much from the United States.
