to my opinion the bullet train ending is the best ending cuz She is no longer alone anymore with the MC and she also has her ghost cat all 3 of them will enjoy their moment together despite the girl and the cat is a ghost I will say that when I heard the apartment is about to get demolish As I the MC too was worried for her. and also realise the seals that keeping her inside the house unable to leave removing the seals will give the bullet train ending the story is a wholesome heartwarming horror story a really good one i hope theres a sequel for this one

That was definitely not her in heaven in the "okay" ending. The fact remains that she was being kept there against her will. Her original intent was to live with a hot guy, and with removal of the seals, that's what she does. The story AND the protagonist seem to be pushing this false narrative of the cat being her reason for staying, which keeps being refuted by her, and no one bothers to fucking listen. She might get emotional over the cat, but what female grows up wanting to be a cat lady? Clearly she wanted an interesting life with "some dude", rather than be ostracized as just another live-alone and unwanted female. The difference between the two endings is her getting what she wants and desires, which falls more in line with her becoming a ghost with unfinished business in the first place, is seen as the good ending. Her getting "shuffled off to purgatory" like a good little ghost bitch is fine, other than the fact that she's just still with a cat and is forced to leave her wants and desires behind. The life that prompted her to become a ghost is now her eternal existence. Almost seemingly like being stuck in hell, still existing with no fulfillment and no escape. Basically, there's only one ending in which she is smiling. So take a hint.

the "okay" ending is the best ending.. she will no longer steal his doughnuts anymore. the "best ending" is more like a troll ending.. a "ghost" that can eat, drink, write, communicate, and even use a smartphone .. is not a ghost, but rather a human. also the endless " teasing / bullying" is not appreciated one bit. if he's going to end up living the rest of his life with a bullying troll got for a "ghost partner" .. might as well just send her to the after life.
