Lol I wasn’t joking, he tests all the people he donates to in the movie. A doctor fails the test and instead of donating to him he assaults him (well deserved though). He’s making sure that he’s not donating to horrible people in case they are hiding who they really are.

doesn't necessarily mean he is a good guy. He was at work, so it would be unprofessional to verbalise anger. I've worked this type of job and calls get recorded. Also, the colleagues beside him might hear and report him. It would have been more genuine to test him outside of the workplace.
