One thing I have come to realize in marriage is being yoked with a none believer, that thing is hard and mentally draining. I would advise anyone else contemplating marriage to focus on not being yoked for a none believer. Adventists take that to the bank!

Let mo one lie to you that there is no vitamin B12 in plants. Oh how I love this statement. Been doing research about vitamin B12 and I strongly concur with this statement. All the food elements including vitamin B12 is present in the plant based diet. Been a total vegetarian for more than 10 years and the result is quite tremendous. Mind you I began while still schooling. Glory be unto the Lord.
