Btw, for DoT hero, for example burn dmg, in blessing is it better put mastery or burn dmg?

@acil-t6w mastery has diminishing returns, so the more you have, the less it adds. Burn dmg is 2:1 ratio. So, 1% burn dmg is = 2% mastery, but this would be lower if your mastery is like 100%

@deepu6380 her s2 is a considered basic atk dmg. Devour does give basic atk dmg bonus, too, so it is best still. aura, surging force should be best, advanced hit is better on like shao or willa, u can just use mastery expert too

@deepu6380 I couldn't tell you if it's worth it. to me, s2 is the big dmg part, also devour or penetration give 0 eff hit either way
