Is the tuning a DADGAD tuning that’s dropped a whole step, then they took the low string to down an octave from the 5th string? 🤣🤣 man you weren’t kidding when you’ve said Sevendust uses some wild tunings.

Yep, that's a dead-on explanation of the tuning lol. You get some beefy octaves on the low end with it and then you have the open high strings you can lean on for some nice chord voicings.
