Jun and The8 were absent becauce it was the memorial day of Nanjing Massacre and AAA was in Japan. Kep1er’s Xiaoting and (G)I-DLE were not attending AAA too due to the same reason. Hope that makes sense.😊

Svt was the last one to perform, that award show was 6hour long, 6 hour waiting was worth. They had hectic schedule before this award show. The flew JP-Sk-La-Sk-Jp-Sk-Ph without any break. Hoshi and dino's dance break, they only practiced it only for 2 hour. 💎💎💎

Pledis announced that jun and the8 would not be participating at the aaa pretty shortly before the event and it was a vague statement but the actual reason can still be concluded. The AAA took place on December 13 in Japan which is a memorial day in China for the victims of the Nanjing massacre that Japan committed during ww2.

Love how this performance shows why they are THE artist of the year for 2 years in a row!! Goosebumps really. If you see the other idols' reaction it was so relatable they even gave a standing ovation. 🫶🏼 Jun & Minghao couldn't be there because of something related to their history. The date of that performance was like a tragic day in China that was done by Japanese before (?) Feel free to correct me. I forgot what exactly happened but it is something related to China-Japan. It was disrespectful to perform in Japan in that certain date because they're Chinese. Looking forward to your reaction of Hug by Hiphop unit!!
