In the tittle's translation they kept the first word in Japanese, so it's "今" (pronounced like "eema") which means "now". Feels like that's the actual tittle and the rest is a subtitle or something. Everyone says it has anime vibes, some say it's the kind of sound found in some big j-pop groups as well. They have other songs like this one, so it's just something they like I guess, but this one is in fact going to be an opening for a drama comming out in October; they're a step closer to that anime song now
