Am not expert on this but i take it that tracks other than the title tracks are referred to as B-sides. Though in this case, the Hit as a B-side was put out there for promotion. you really think it's live..? every artist lipsyncs especially at huge shows like ellen, their voice is literally the same even when their mic is away from their face and there are some parts that have autotune lol. they also film it multiple times, you can see the camera change position and their hair changes between cuts. every artist does this
