Their outfit for Hit’s stage performance are actually suits. So they had to dance this choreography with formal shoes. You can check out their live performance. It’s insane. Also, the guy who went on and off stage was Seungkwan. He had an injury during this time, and so could only participate in parts where the dances are not too strenuous for him. Btw, Seventeen just released their new song Home Run, and they’ve said that Home Run was more physically exhausting than Hit. One of the members said that Hit was more like a sprint while Home Run is a whole marathon. So if you have time, do check them out too.

They are famous for their synchronized performance 😊 Seventeen is known as self-produced idols because they produced their own songs and choreo. The members are divided into 3 units (vocal, performance and hiphop). ◇Woozi, the one in sky blue shirt is the one who produced almost all of their songs. ◇Hoshi the one with grey shirt is their performance leader, choreographs most of their dance especially during their earlier days but now they're just too busy to choreograph as often as before. But still, he & the performance members contributes the idea a lot for their choreo if they dont hv the time to make it themselves. and the guy who left mid perfomance and comes back only during his part and at the end, thats seungkwan and he had ankle injury at that time 😀

Oh that was Seungkwan, he was injured here so he needed to leave where the choreo gets too hard. And by the way, Hit live stages is performed with suit and ties so they dance woth formal shoes. Also, the choreographer of Seventeen works with the performance team of seventeen. Which means, some of the parts are choreographed by the members of seventeen. Home;run is their recent comebackk, might want to watch their choreo too. Seventeen described their choreo in Home;run as not as hard as HIT but it is as tiring as HIT. Also, their live performance MR removed is so perfect. The vocals are on point, in tune and choreo was perfectly done.
