My two thoughts on this years MAMA awards: 1. Seventeen was robbed and should have at least one best dance performance 2. Seventeen killed their performance!!! I've watched 4 times and I'm still shook! They've reached a whole new level and amazingness!

I'll be honest, Boy With Luv's choreo can't win over Hit or fear, even choreographers and performers I know pick Hit. So basically the award will go to who is more popular and not based on who really deserved it, Seventeed should win the award! For the performance and screen time, I get bored on BTS performance, 40+ minutes was just to much, it is really long, MNET should know that BTS is still human, they get tired too! Even some idols screentime are affected because of that! Certain groups only perform 3 songs or even less, and that was really disappointing as a multistan. Well my point for this is award is award, those who really deserve the award, should win the award and not bases by the number of votes. And music awards is music awards, many artists will perform and not only one, give artists proper screentime and the right amount of time to perform in an event that only happen once a year. Every group deserve to win an award but it should be given to who deserve it(hope that makes sense😅).I am strongly disappointed to Mnet, Award should be given to those who deserve it.

The minute seventeen didn't win best dance award I knew people would be upset and rightly so. Seventeen deserved that award. 13 guys dance perfectly insyc with each other while still singing as well and they don't win the award, that's crazy. I’ve started stanning svt this quarantine, I can definitely say they were robbed of the best dance award. I stopped watching MAMA bec EXO was disrespected so much back then and I’m so sad that it’s happening to seventeen as well. No other groups caught my eye performing in MAMA except seventeen. THEY DONT DESERVE THIS DISRESPECT. Award shows are popularity shows these days, talent is different.

As an army, I'm actually kinda sad that, that win came to bts... Boy with luv wasn't even as hard as either dance from seventeen... I remember being a bit disappointed that our fandom thinks they should win everything solely because they love them.. they seem to forget what they're actually voting for.. It would be way better for the Best Male Dance Performance category to be judged by PROFESSIONAL DANCERS and for them to decide the winner rather than letting the fans vote for the category. I have a feeling most fans don't know much about dance and they just choose their favorite artists on top of the quality of a dance. Also I find it weird that for the past two years Seventeen won the BMDP award against BTS even when BTS had harder/more complex choreographies at the time, an example is DNA. But now that SVT had a harder and more complex choreography compared to the simplicity of BWL, BTS got the award instead.

I think there's no one strict criteria for best dance performance... i dont know how MAMA/judges decide. they said that if people can easily dance the steps (make it a trend) it is a huge factor for this category.. but how about Don't wanna cry last 2017? It is definitely not an easy choreo. But i can say that Oh my! is partially easy. Also, many believed that the votes are important in this category , yes, of course, I agree..but then I realized that ever since bts has more fans than svt. But svt won for two consecutive years beating bts. I am starting to think if a criteria really exists or they just give it to whoever they like.

Best Choreography ultimately means which song fits best for the song and there were plenty of other songs who could have won it before Seventeen. At the end of the day, armys voted and BTS won. For those who do not know, SCOUPS had an anxiety crisis and therefore could not be present. They decided that he had to rest and that is why he will be away from the scenes indefinitely that we hope is little. On the other hand, really, there is no better group than SEVENTEEN. They are excellent dancers, singers, rappers but above all, they are excellent people. I was excited to send greetings to SCOUPS and although I think he did not see the transmission, when he finds out that he was mentioned he will feel happy and sure of the affection of the boys. I love this group, and I don't care if they win or don't win prizes, or if other people consider it the best, for me, in my heart they are the best and with such a great talent that they will grow taller and taller each time. I was disappointed that they were not given more time in the awards, but then I thought that obviously, they could not let them act anymore, because then the differences between them and the group that won the best dance group would be more noticeable and that did not suit them, so That is understandable. Fear does not go on a donkey, as they say in Mexico. Anyway, even if it was a short time, I really enjoyed them and loved them even more. SEVENTEEN ARE THE BEST!
