I live in Boulder, and for a while there has been talk about DNA testing being done. If I recall correctly, in the last year or two, the city's Public Information Officer posted on Next Door about the possibility of testing and new evidence being developed, and everyone's hopes have gotten up. It feels like it's been moving in slow motion, but I'm hopeful that the day of reckoning is coming for the person that did this. Oh what a happy day that will be.

There was no intruder. Parents invited all there friends to the crime scene and contaminated it. Fibers from patsys jumper found UNDER the tape on jbrs mouth and intertwined in the cord. Patsys fingerprints found on the "ransom" note the 3 page ransom note written in the house with practice notes after the child was killed with patsys notepad and pen. John carried jbrs body from the basement to upstairs contamination again. Both parents lawyered up straight away and refused to talk to police but went on cnn, 5 months before they had their first interview and then 2 years until the next and last one with boulder pd. The grand jury voted to indict the ramseys but da Alex hunter decided not to and then close family friend da Mary lacey wrote a letter exonerating the parents which is not legally binding. There was no intruder but team ramsey come out every so often peddling their same old lies. Financially they've made alot of money from their poor daughters death, 2 books and they're very litigious. They threw all their friends under the bus including the whites who they called over on the day jbrs body was found. Please people do your research

Who else knew the exact amount of John Ramsey's recent bonus? Arranged the suitcase to step on for entering and leaving the house later that night after everyone had went to bed. I believe that is why she was in the basement. He would need a quick and discreet exit. Her brother was far too young to fashion a garrote,let alone nearly decapitate his sister with one. Her parents would not have gone that far. It was not a family member. The neighbors were coming and going all with the blessing of the police. It just seems too botched to not have been intentional, in my opinion.

He's just some crazy guy thats Obsessed with her. He tried to say he murdered her like wayyy over ten years ago but they Didn't believe him because there was inconsistencies with his story. The person that killed her wasn't some babbling crazy disoriented person. It's a very put together person that has connections with the higher up. It's an orchestrated thing that a group of individuals are involved in. This is just what I believe you can believe me or not. Just know with great money comes great power.

The family was at a Xmas party, drinking wine... got home and something happened. The cellar window in which the 'intruder' apparently was supposed to have gotten in, had cobwebs across it. Nobody got in, nobody except the parents could have written (three copies) of a ransom note with paper an pen from the house, and then killed Jon' Bennet and then went out the front door

I say if someone came to the US they are wasting their time and money testing for cases that occurred before they even got here. HOW could someone who was never here be guilty in a cold case? As far as testing everyone in the US? You'd have a real insurrection since search and seizure are illegal without a specific cause under our constitution. That is the behavior of tyranny. Eexactly why did john ring regarding getting an aeroplane so soon after finding the child.Who knew how much his Christmas bonus was. No footprints in the snow. Who feeds a child pineapple before murdering them. Patsy was in the same clothes that she had worn the day before. They weren't questioned immediately it was 4 months afterwards and they should have been questioned separately, they had 4 month's to get their story together. The so called intruder didn't take the body and wrote a ransom note as long as possible, he would have brought a ransom note with him .Who brings neighbour's over to contaminate the evidence.

This is such a scandal. Last I heard the family was petitioning the state to do the DNA testing themselves since it hadn’t been done and wasn’t going to be done which is negligence. Looks like the kinks are being worked out and the police department is getting its due. What a shame. Good luck with the testing.

You're warm! It may well have been a case that was purposely botched. We will never know. I've read a lot about this case & I'm always struck by the level of confusion & the swarm of accusations. That's what a good coverup consists of... creating maximum confusion. It also strikes me how common sense & logic seems to have escaped this investigation. It could have been solved if someone had simply put 2+2 together. If they hadn't been rich & if he hadn't been employed by a govt defense contractor, perhaps the case would have been solved immediately.
