Severe thunderstorm with gusty winds & heavy rain - 1-9-2024 (StormCam #1)

On January 9, 2023, a strong winter storm system affected the southeast US, bringing bands of heavy rain. The system brought in warm, moist air from the Gulf of Mexico, supplying thunderstorm fuel for severe thunderstorms with strong winds and isolated tornadoes - weather that's not typical for this area in January. The video footage was started as rain begun to pick up. The band of strong storms arrived around the midpoint of the video.
