I believe given the context "it" = Up tha punx . . . In which case the lead singer Jack Cross was once at a show in Austin, TX wherein a couple of traveling vagabonds jumped off a freight and went to a local show with chips on their shoulder and senseless violence on the brain. Jack got involved in the brawl the traveling kids started and ended up getting stuck with a blade in a real bad way, but he saved himself from bleeding out by staunching the blood loss by using his thumb stuck all the way inside himself, plugging the wound. When he awoke a few days later in the hospital and was told what happened and that his friends/fans started a Kickstarter to help with medical bills, knowing he had no health insurance and each day there at the hospital was a small fortune, he decided to rip all the tubes and IVs out and walk out of the hospital A.M.A. so as not to burden those who were helping him out.

Oh . . . In that case FUCK NO. Notice how his lyrics here and in his other band World Burns to Death, he describes all the symptoms of a failed empire deep into it's death throws from a decidedly indifferent and nihilistic viewpoint with the cantor and phrasing of medieval troubadour. Idiotic and highly impressionable racists do not speak about such bleak realities that force the listener to stare into the blinding light of truth. They lack the ability to conjure any authentic or original thoughts and the perspicacity to recognize truth.❤
