Yesterday (Tuesday 24th) saw myself (Matt Fielding Photo Charters) host my first photo charter of the year on the Valley. The loco I was using was Didcot Railway Centres No 2999 Lady Of Legend recreating typical 1930s trains these locos would have worked in steam days. During the morning around Bewdley Station we used the Saint on the Valleys GW Good wagons around station limits being moving onto the afternoon session with 4 GW coaches all matching the Saints livery (1930s).
The day was a fantastic one and the weather was kind to us, with the sun shining around Bewdley in the morning and one location in the afternoon. Sending us home all happy with the days results as looking at weather either side of the charter, we were very lucky.
Thank you to everyone who supported the event and to the SVR for letting me do another charter on the railway. The Saint did look the part on the goods and the coaching stock all a credit to the people involved.
