Pretty color, like the twist, would like to do that with a heavy knit stretch fabric in a v-neck twist too, if that makes sense.

For a heavier knit you'd probably want to lengthen the front "tails" more than I did.

Love this twist knot shirt ☺️ The only thing i think ist not so pretty is that you see the cutted line in the middle of the front..Is this a necessary step or can i cut the shirt at the bottom middle line? I‘m not sure if i explained it wright 😅

You could try just cutting the extension, but you'd have to finish the fabric somehow where you stop cutting, or you'd have a raw edge showing there.

Great tutorial! Would it be possible to use the excess length (or add in at the pattern drafting portion) to extend the faux band around to the back of the shirt? (Not the twist part - just the band look.) Thanks!

I would probably cut a separate band for the back of the shirt.
