I've got the original pdf version; on the finished measurements chart, there is a shorter finished measurement for the blouse and a longer finished measurement for the dress. Mine has two views, but the differences are in the neckline treatment. The dress simply lengthens the peplum from the blouse into a skirt. There are separate cutting lines on my skirt pieces. Hope that's the info you're looking for? fwiw I've made one, cut with the longer length, but I didn't use the ties and wear it as a tunic over pants.
