Sew It Seams: Dear Jane block K-1

Veronica shows how she makes block K-1 from the Dear Jane quilt book. This block is drawn differently than the original block and this video attempts to make this block like the original.

I wanted to thank you for sticking with the original block in the Dear Jane quilt and showing us how it’s done. I appreciate the work you put into these videos and I will watch them again when I get to that block. I’m also hand piecing and I’ve seen a nifty applique trick from Lori Holt where you use sew in interfacing, the video is How to prepare your Applique with lori holt on the Fat Quarter channel, start about 4 minutes in. I can’t get my head around needle turn, or my fingers lol!
