Sew Powerful Purse Tutorial for Beginners - SewPowerful.ORG

This is a step by step tutorial on how to sew together the Sew Powerful Beginner Purse designed to help those who want to donate purses to their cause. It is a FREE pattern that you can download from their website. (Link will be below.)
I hope that you enjoy making this bag along with me and please, donate as little or as many as you can. There is truly more happiness in giving than receiving.

What you will need:
The Pattern templates, printed and cut out
The usual sewing notions. Scissors, thread, pins, clips, etc.
2 fabric choices. 1 1/2 yards of 40 width or 1/2 yard of 60 wide outer fabric.
1/2 yard of lining fabric. (see pattern for interfacing needed.)
If you would like to use webbing for the strap, you can use 1" wide x 52 inches long. (Or make a strap of your own.)
