Brittany, or can you recommend a nice flowy summer dress pattern to use with a nice lightweight cotton or stretch cotton? Thank you.
@lisacarney56644 жыл бұрын
Question? I was wondering if you washed and ironed your fabric prior to cutting? I did wash my fabric but wasn't sure about ironing the gauze? I have fabric similar to the one you are using.
@brittanyjjonestv4 жыл бұрын
Lisa Carney hi Lisa. Yes I did both, washed and ironed before cutting. My fabric is a cotton so I ironed on a cotton setting. I’d just test a small corner of the yardage to be safe but if it’s a cotton it’s okay to iron/steam.

Hi Brittany, Do you think this pattern would be good for an outdoor wedding in August? If not, can you recommend one that I can also use with Gauze since it will be outside and hot? I also looked a couple of weeks ago for gauze fabric on Joann's website but could not find any. I love that orange that you used.

2 questions: is this double gauze or bubble gauze? Did you prewash and iron/not iron? I could listen to you talk about anything!
@brittanyjjonestv4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching! This is listed as bubble gauze on Joann website, but I think they’re the same. And I prewashed, let it air dry, and ironed a little before cutting my fabric.
