@ me too girl!! I have definitely had more failures than successes when it comes to end products lol As a beginner self taught sewist with quite mixed skill set, I am trying to find the balance between planning & preparing properly for projects and then actually diving in and being ok with failing. I find that I either impulsively dive in thinking its all good and its not, or I plan for ages and never end up following through with it because life happens, interrupts the flow & I completely forget about it until I rummage through my sewing things again.

Hi, thanks for the video. I love learning about new patterns... I think I might try the Bias Skirt! FYI, I've made the Mitchell Trousers twice, one of out of a mid-weight grey cotton and one linen, and I really love them. It's a good pattern. I have a sew-along on my channel for a pair I made in black linen.
