Some good skirt ideas Karen & I like the idea of the hoodie pattern, but the men’s style you showed. I might have a go at that for my hubby but as he is not keen on hoodies forget the hood part. Look forward to seeing your make. Cheers Ali 😊

Thanks Ali, yes it seems that it's a unisex pattern and I think you'd be fine to make it without a hood. Just add a neckband on instead :) xx

Great video. On the hoodie, you could use a buttonhole as it is on the Stella hoodie from Tilly. Just on one layer. Could you make it with the fabric reversed if more comfortable on what appears to be the outside?

Thanks Jan, that’s a good idea for a buttonhole! I don’t really like the reverse side of the fabric, so will make it the correct way around. I usually wear a top underneath hoodies, so hopefully it won’t be a problem 😊 xx

I made that hoodie, it is indeed very short. You can't add the gromets afterwards though,so think about what you want carefully.

Re: Tiana’s closet, if you scroll down to any of the free patterns (obviously the first one you come across would be quickest but this will work with any of them), the green box that says ‘free sewing pattern’ within the garment photo of the pattern is a link that will bring up the patterns without the blog posts in between. If you click on the garment photo itself rather than the green box within it though it’ll take you to that pattern. Not sure about a pc but it works the same way on my iPad and mobile phone 😊
