Question for you, looks like you are running a Consew 206 in this video. I see this year you got a Cobra Class 26. Can you tell me if the Cobra 26 has any more notable "punch" and power for leather vs. your Consew 206? I already own a Consew 206 and was considering getting a COBRA Class 26 as well, but can't justify it as a second machine right now if it may not have any more combined thickness capabilities of my current Consew. Thanks.

It really depends on what you are sewing. The Consew will work for thinner leather, in the video I'm sewing two layers of 4/5oz leather. It's also great for thick fabric. We've used it for 18oz Waxed canvas. If you are doing items like bags or something that requires thicker thread or leather the Cobra will work better since it has a cylinder arm and can handle thicker projects. The biggest difference is that Cobra has a speed reducer which allows you to go really slow and maintain power. Hope that helps.
