Everytime I cut my pieces out with a rotary cutter, I cut slivers off my paper pattern. How do ya'll do it?

It comes with practice I guess. One way to help with that though is to use the template to draw the shape on, then you’re removing the paper away so you can’t chop pieces off. Hope that helps
