This is a fabulous pattern! I sewed two rows of stitches at the end into the center pocket of the wallet to make three 2.25 inch pockets to hold credit cards. It was a bit tricky to do, but it worked. Perfect! Thanks so much.

You are an excellent instructor. I enjoy the color combinations that you pair to make all of your projects. My 13 yr old granddaughter has home economics and they are teaching sewing, cooking among some of the life skills needed to be able to go through life easily.

I made one of these. I made some mistakes, my medium interfacing was floppy for the flap and the flap was too wide by a little bit. Your all in one piece concept is wonderful. avoids so many pitfalls!! I'm thinking how you can turn this to make a crossbody bag.

You should do the top stitching before you sew the sides together and put the tab and handle inside before sewing the thing together
