Sewing and craft haul for my studio makes See what I got!
Join me as I show you what new sewing and craft supplies I got this week. Bargains galore and happy mail too. I love to craft and I love to sew, so there is plenty here to keep me busy for a while! Collecting fabric can be as much fun as actually using it, so I couldn't resist the offer of £5 off from Hobbycraft. I got some gorgeous fat quarters of cotton fabric for quilting.
CHeck out the burlap fabric I got at a bargain price. That will be perfect for making country style, shabby chic and CHristmas crafts.
My happy mail this week was from Phyllis. She sent me lots of supplies to create Sashiko designs on fabric and also some lovely fabrics to play with.

Oh there’s some wonderful bargains the jars will be brilliant you’re going to be super organised. The farmers wife quilt reminded me I brought a 12th scale patchwork quilt to make for my doll house, might be a while before that’s completed 😄. Great haul Caroline, love the ikea unit. The splint on your thumb (i ware one on each thumb) that little band you had to put back happens every time I use mine, im forever re doing them. Hopefully you’ll be back to normal very soon. Take care and thanks for sharing 👏🙏❤️🌻

Love me some fat quarters! I like the same one as you for #1...very Monet. The purple iris/paisley next, the other purply one and then the yellow green. I see scarecrows in that hessian or maybe even a guy for 11/5?

Very envious of all that hessian Caroline. What a fabulous bargain and so many things you can do with it. Fat quarters? I love those too and am embarrassed to say I hoard them, but then, always eventually, they do come in useful for one project or another. Yours in terms of preference? 1, 3, 2, 4. (And don't forget, for great quality fat quarters at a fraction of the price, keep looking in Lidl and Aldi (Aldi in particular) as several times a year they have them in their craft sections and they are often so pretty. Great haul and hope your thumb is fully recovered in time for Christmas in July!
