I think the dress came out beautiful! You learn as you go, take it as a learning expirence :)

You’re selling yourself short on how it looked in person! I had to get sooooo close to you to see flaws. I’d love to see you redo this concept in a year and see how far you’ve come.

Thanks 🥹 Maybe I will remake it in a year, and actually get to use the fabric I originally wanted! 🌌

Spray paint the shoes, add stars and glitter. Perfect comfort 😅 with a beautiful dress. You do very nice work and like all of us, are learning for the next project. Growth is to keep life interesting 😁🤔. Can't wait for the next video.

Kudos for pushing your skills! I have one dress that I made in the 80s and the sewing was awful but ts my favorite because of what I learned from it. It became my motivation to master sewing. As a concept I am glad that you went with an inspired gown rather than a copy. You can go back and fix some of the things that bother you. Another option is that you can refashion the dress into something new.

I’m loving your content. I just have to say that we are our own worst enemies. This dress is beautiful. And for a first try even more impressive. You are so talented 🤗

This was different than what I thought of for the Starfall dress but so beautiful. The pearl mesh over the satin was such a wonderful choice. You should definitely be proud of yourself!

Looks great, you can always do a remake next year maybe then do a comparison to this one and see how much more you’ve improved

You're right, it's gorgeous on camera! Hot take, but the actual floor length skirts are super impractical and a tripping hazard, so unless you wanted to hide your shoes, I think the length is perfectly acceptable and nobody (except you) has to know that it wasn't supposed to be like that 😃

Thank you 🥹 I guess I just wish it was “pooling like liquid starlight” more. But you’re right - a sweet pair of shoes, and I’m golden…once I fix the hem, and the zipper, and the cuffs… 😂
