Saudações do Brasil! Because of the passion for rock I opened a small one in 2009 and just sent the shirts to be sewed after being printed. In 2016 I started printing my T-shirts myself and in April / May 2020 I had to close everything I had built over the years and went back to the countryside where my mother lived. Because of the great demand for masks I had the idea of ​​making masks as thousands of people and I managed to sell two sewing machines with the sale of them and was presented with another one by a seamstress who helped me a lot. Now as everything is still too slow for the trade to return to normal, I have few orders and so I decide to sew my shirts myself too. This video I have seen dozens of times and I will try to assemble my first shirts today. In the video it seems very easy, but I know that with practice I reach perfection. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge with others. Your sewing is perfect and the day I manage to make a T-shirt like this I will be very happy. Thank you veru much!

Thank you for this fine video. Finally I found a professional solution to cover the overlock seam of the back of the neckband. This is the only video known to me where this is shown. I know of only one other way explained in some men's sewing book and the book's method is cumbersome and can easily go wrong. Thank you 👍🙂

Хорошая работа! Мы таких футболок шили за смену с овертаймом по 3000штук. Не поверите! На линии из 23швейных машин. Здесь почему то не используются приспособления при распошиве, будет быстрее!.

Посоветуйте приспособления для распошивалки,для подгибки низа. Те что предлагают не дают ожидаемого результата.

​@@user-li4eh4em4h Ок. Сначала надо лапку поменять с ширителем снизу по ширине подгиба, продаются, дорогие. Из нержавейки для изготовления приспособлений ( толщина 0.4мм) сделать подгибник. Плечо подгиба сверху соотвнтствует ширине подгиба. Размеры заготовки со слегка закругленными краями примерно 14мм х10см, если подогнуть , то общая длина будет соответственно . Приклеить скотчем, так быстрее менять. Можно прорези под винты . На распошивалке есть место крепления. Ставится перед лапкой чуть отступ, чтобы шов проходил. Носик на лапке -снять, мешает. Слева ставим чтобы игла шла на 1 мм по ткани. Ориентир левая игла и левая сторона зубьев. На автоматах с обрезкой края подгибник короткий -лишь ограничивает левый край подгиба. Левой рукой поддерживаем изделие на весу, а правой пальцами формируем подгиб и пропуская из под руки шьем. Не забыть перед последним швом снять с ограничителя и соединить строчка в строчку. Начало с левого бокового шва за 3см до него , швы оверлока назад направлены. Все просто.
