I really enjoyed your show on KZbin. You taught me a lot and I have to say I did some Sasho and enjoyed it so much after watching your show. I’m looking forward to doing more. How can I purchase some of the things that you show? I also entered my Sasho to the state fair and I did winner ribbon I’m so proud and so happy to receive one I came in second place Thank you so much for doing the show. I enjoyed how you brought it back to me after about six months of not doing it. Looking forward to hearing from you to where I could purchase some of the items that you showed Upstate New York. Sincerely, marie

First video I watched about sashiko. How lucky am I that it was this one. I love this woman and I'm about to go find more of her stuff. I might actually be able to learn how to get started doing sashiko. Thanks for this video.

What kind of pen or marker did you use?

Sorry for my late reply! I was using a Clover white marking pen (fine) and a Sewline marking pencil.

you couldn’t wait until your voice got better to record this? You have such great info but it pains me to hear you strain your voice to talk, take a break and get well first next time

Alas no. That was the last slot I could have before they shut down the studio. If it had been the day before, it would have been a silent movie demo, as I had no voice at all. Just my luck to get a horrible 'cold' just a week before we made the recording. I was really quite ill with it. In retrospect, I wonder if Covid was already in the UK and if I had a 'mild' case of that, because it definitely didn't feel like a normal cold!
