Hi, you said there is another video of yours where you explain how to use different fonts outside the app artspira, but I can’t really find it, I’m trying to help a friend who just bought this embroidery machine and she not happy about the fonts 😄 would you please tell me the title of the video I gotta look for? Thanks for the demo Jen. That isn't a lot of fonts even with the paid version.

In my opinion, the paid version should have 100+ of different styles and Brother should constantly be adding new fonts + more modern designs.

I know you are not a huge fan of the Skitch but I bought one for my children to learn embroidery for possible future career options. One thing they want to make is patches. Can you make a tutorial video using the Skitch? Thx

Sorry to hear that, I transfer files by messaging them to myself. The message chain labels it "Note to Self." I'm not any sort of Signal expert, so I don't know what else to suggest.

when brother wanted to charge me extra to "upgrade" my machine to wifi, charge me extra to increase my hoop size 1", and only specific USB sticks would work on my older machine; I decided it was not a company I want to ever purchase from again

This desktop embroidery machine seems to have a lot of potential but needs to be improved significantly. The cost of the machine is a turn off for what you are getting. Plus it is not worth it if you have to use a software that you have to pay for after paying all that money for the machine. There are not many good reviews on Amazon about this product and so some one needs to reach out to Brother to let them know. With all that said I like the size as it is space friendly but would not purchase as its still too pricey for what you get.
