Love the old sewing machines

People bitching about fur read the description she got it off old coat. I'm not into using fur either but if it's from something old and reused nothing wrong with that.

Thanks for sharing.. How did you decide on the orientation of the fur? On another note about orientation when sewing you need to have the fur poiting the other way it makes it a lot easier to tuck the fur in. I sewed fur coats for years and the only time we went the wrong way is never thats how big a difference it makes :) I just picked up some fur coats for cheap I got a raccoon coat for $35 and another along with a beaver jacket for $100... and i just bought a success triple F machine complete in pristine condition for $150 ... the triple f was the creme de la creme of machines back when I was working in the late 80ies early 90ies. Really miss those years and Im so happy to have this machine. It was quite competitive working back then and we always aimed for sewing the slice together at full speed in one pass ...catching fur on coyote of long haired fur isnt very noticeable but on stuff like mink or sheared beaver it is crucial to catch minimal fur and ideally not catch any at all ... this was in montreal canada btw

Thanks for the comment. Yes, there was a time when fur coats were in fashion, and we were young, beautiful and happy.

I live in Russia, where it is 40 degrees below zero in winter. I would like to invite these conservationists to visit us in January. Although I love all animals.

I was very exited about this, until I realized you need a special sewing machine...

You don’t need a Spezial sewing machine, just place a pressure foot onto the regular machine

It’s fake fur…

@@nick4855 no its real. i am a taxidermist and just looking at the leather side you can clearly see its real.

@@Francois_Dupont I read it wrong I guess. I have some bear fur that I’m going to use. Also have red stag hide from dad. It’s a great video. Sucks that people have to go crazy about the fur.

Real fur will always be more eco-friendly, superiorly warm, and long lasting then microplastic shedding pollutant faux fur 😘

guess you have not seen any fox farms or if you have they do not affect your conscience. with good fake furs available there is no excuse for supporting that cruel and abusive business. Understand we are farmers and not vegan but refuse to support the fur industry.. Unsubbing.
