At 0:40, it's mentioned in the video that upper body = 40-60% weaker and lower body= 25-30% weaker in women's respectively. I doubt that cause I've read somewhere that the percentage is far higher than mentioned in this clip. And I've also seen significant difference in sports where both upper and lower body is used.

I'm sure there is quite a bit of range in the available literature on this topic. This is from a textbook source. Keep in mind you need to compare people with similar training status. If not, the values would be heavily influenced by training.

So your theory is that women upper body strenghth simply is lower than mens because they do less upper strengh exercise? That'a a bad theory, buddy
