Even if Eli still wins the series there has been a passing of the torch and with Eli retiring from outdoors next year is likely to be a Honda fest with Sexton and Jet battling for 450 supremacy.

You are forgetting Ferrandis, and it’s unclear for ET3 and outdoors next year. I am wondering if he is trying to get a better salary, or if he is retiring for real. If he finish first, i think he will stay for next year.

@@joshuabeckham2387 Gotcha… thanks! It seems that when they start these 250 superstars late on the 450s they don’t have a very successful 450 career but when you see the ones that moved to the 450s earlier they have a more prosperous 450 career.

@@RingoKnight So they say for outdoors. He is defending this year outdoors, and wants to defend SX next year... then all 450s. Hunter will probably stay 250 all next year to try get titles.

It's tough. I want Eli to win but Chase is really cool too, great family, good dude pretty much my #2 favorite. I just think Chase will have his time but I want to see Eli go out on top. But may the best man win.

I couldn’t have said it better. I instantly took to Chase watching him ride before he turned pro and his first years. I always thought man with this guys technique and flow he is destined for great things.

He is, and he's doing a great job on and off the bike! I'd love to see Tomac win this title, but I think Chase has it won unless Eli has a couple of 1-1's at Budd's and Ironman

What a series this is developing into. Impressed with Chase controlling his own fate and Eli for not getting too high or too low, quietly still confident in his steadfast approach.

There are a lot of great riders retiring out of the nationals this year…🤔. As a fan who grew up racing, supercross is great and all, but nothing compares to the outdoors, to proper motocross racing. Sad to see so many guys go supercross only….

I agree. I really love the different tracks and soils. The different regions and how the weather can change the track so much. It’s just not the same with SX. I really like both, but every time the outdoors comes I don’t miss SX, lol.

I think they should due more to the track and not to pack the dirt down it ends up hard packed and dusty. They need to rotill the dirt like tilling the dirt makes the dirt soft and sift through the rocks at least it's very fast track dust on top of hard packed.
