This could have easily been my reality …. My 15 year old son was also taken in by this scheme. He and Walker sound like they fit the same description…. Football, hunting, family, Faith…. On the night of January 17th of this year he came to me in tears and said “Mom, help… I’ve really messed up. He repented and handed me his phone.” I was shocked … but we kept calm. My father was a tech geek, and when I was a kid he said never to put anything out online that you don't want to live forever or you don't wan anyone else to see. People don't think think about the web archive, which literally archives everything on the web so that when you are long gone your descendants can look up your d•ck pics and whatnot (especially if your IP address is connected to it). Not to mention that if your face is in something, people can look for all images of you online if they just have one photo of you through facial recognition software. Though it is surprising that a younger person would fall for these tricks. I guess there is a belief that they are more technically savvy, but this goes to show that not all young ppl are.

Your IP address alone does not reveal specific personal details to the general public. At most, the general public will be able to infer where that person lives within a broad region. For example, they may be able to infer you live in a certain city. Only your ISP would be able to use your IP to identify you, and even then, it identifies the account holder, not the individual using the device. 4. You have oversimplified and overestimated the abilities of using face recognition software. While it might be possible to find public photos or profiles using such a search, the technology isn't foolproof, and it doesn't grant access to private or secured content.

What are the parents doing at home while not monitoring their kids ? Why kids are taught by their parents about right vs wrong actions/attitudes, behaviors, languages, ? Parents should blame themselves first and Social Media later. Age limit to Social Media should be > 21 years , just like alcohol limits .
