About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.

Some say sex happens in the mind.. and it's true.. Everyone wants that final state of bliss and the only way they know is through this physical process... Guruji here is hinting that there are other means through which you could attain the same state of mind (or even better), by directly manifesting it in your mind and even could sustain that state at will for a far longer duration of time. May be this idea of an alternative means to explore the most pleasurable bliss, could form the fundamental spark for someone who is in doubt about the sex and spirituality, to start his exploration towards a higher consciousness. It all starts with understanding that Mind is the key not the physical act.
