Why do i feel like this guy is a compulsive liar
@MeisterburgerBurgermeister2 жыл бұрын
He actually might be both. Someone who’s experienced some fucked up stuff, and learned what people want to hear when listening to a good story. It’s a common technique for compulsive liars to over exaggerate while keeping a humble attitude so to speak to not risk their credibility and act like a total chad. There’s a good portion of sociopathy included as well. Whatever that guys agenda is when telling other people this stuff, talking so casually about sex with anyone opens up the chances of sex actually happening to a certain degree, at least in his mind. It has a manipulative characteristic to it that enters from the back door. No pun intended.

As a woman, as well as a sex addict. (8 years of therapy) I've never had a drop of alcohol or partaken in any kind of abuse of drugs. Yet I can completely relate to these stories, the scene, the juxtaposed lifestyle that we tend to experience and share are so fascinating. I was never sexually abused, raped, or experienced abuse of any kind within my childhood or adulthood. Some people are inherently more sexual, therefore interests peak with a stronger, and almost insatiable desire. Most sex addicts tend to be men, but of course sexual identification has nothing to do with one's desire to immerse themselves in their own sexual interests. I take from this yet another humans story, a pulchritudinous blend of what we seek for our own interests. Thank you for sharing.

The thought of sexual deviancy, being around sexually deviant people feels unsettling to intuitive, centered people. That’s how I know it’s wrong and shouldn’t be “normalized” and glamorized by mainstream society. Like another commenter put well - this man has some deep rooted issues that he’s managing with sex instead of getting help to live a healthy, truly fulfilling life. It all comes from my spiritual views that most do not share but to me, this is the overexertion of the sacral chakra. In balance, our sexual nature empowers us, it helps us to connect deeply with our bodies and to connect deeply with another. It allows us to connect to unmatched pleasure, which brings our focus to the present moment. And of course it creates life. But excessiveness and overindulgence always causes an imbalance in our lives. It will never bring growth or healing. People in our society are far too focused on sex and money and status and CONSTANT PLEASURE, and it’s fucking sad. It’s why we live in such a toxic and sick world. Nobody knows balance. Nobody knows the difference between wants and needs. Nobody knows themselves at all. Constant distractions, addictions, unhealthy coping mechanism & they try to normalize it so they don’t feel shame instead of trying to just HEAL and do the hard work to GET BETTER.

Reading these comments the stark contrast between male victims versus female victims is readily apparent. There are so many critical comments about how much this poor guy disclosed, everything from calling him a liar to accusing him of bragging. Also, if interviewees don’t tell enough, they’re accused of not being forthcoming or dishonest/hiding things; if they’re explicit they’re criticized for being too graphic. These criticisms are always much harsher towards the men. After watching this interview I see a very apprehensive, anxious, insecure young man who’s very confused and seeking understanding and/or approval. I see a person who was deeply and adversely affected by a sexual assault as a juvenile adolescent. We as a society need to stop being critical of victims of intimate violence and abuse. The acts perpetrated on others, regardless of age, gender, are disgusting and unnatural, abnormal acts and there’s no “normal” reaction. Men deserve the same support, kindness, help and compassion as women. Treating boys and men as if they should not be upset or view themselves as victims when someone abuses them is so inherently wrong and this is precisely why crimes against males that are perpetrated by women are grossly underreported and our opinions and attitudes has to change. I wish this young man the best.
@BanjoGirl1012 жыл бұрын
I find a lot of people don't know the extent of people's sexual experiences. Some people have only done so much so when someone tells a story of their sexual impulsiveness it appears fabricated. When we are young, we hear other people making up stories to appear cool. This guy I feel is telling some truth but also feels fabricated also. He has a lot of psychiatric issues, as he said. He loves sex and I can tell he enjoys talking about it. Some people watching this video love hearing someone talking about sexual experiences. It arouses them as much as him. They don't call it out as its not hurting anyone.

Sad part is a lot of girls have similar experiences. Those PTSD flashbacks are horrible. I felt every word, cry, and tear that came from her. The pain is so deep and until she gets out of skid row were she is not consistently reminded of her abuse, she is going to continue to experience the childhood abuse in real time. It will never go away but if somehow she got the help she needs her PTSD can be less intrusive. Unfortunately, from personal experience getting therapy to work through the abuse is hard to come by these days.

Again, mainstream America tells us that porn is "normal" and healthy but that could not be further from you're truth.

It funny that mutual acceptance and respect is his key to success. I have been in the best relationship of my life for the past 12 years and those 2 factors have made it wonderful. Great story and amazing lesson.

Regarding why he closes his eyes when he talks, I looked it up and found that it's called Eye Blocking. I do this sometimes, it's a way to recall something and concentrate on the memory by picturing it in your mind. Closing your eyes can help some people to do this.

There are two truths I can pick up from this interview so far, I didn't go to the same summer camp and I didn't go to the same college.

This was without a doubt one of the best interviews yet how you keep a straight face and stay on task is extraordinary I was laughing and like wtf he just say all at once you deserve a Pulitzer I wish the rest of journalist and news agencies were as raw honest and unfiltered and asked the questions you do keep up the amazing work

Cap. So many of these guys claim they can't keep women off them and women pay them etc
@MrKrushgutz2 жыл бұрын
I’ve known guys like that. They exist and have been witness to how easy they have it with women. Women don’t necessarily want relationships with them but definitely want sex with them.

When did he say women pay him? I must have missed that. And I’ve met plenty of men who get tons of women. They don’t even have to be that attractive if they are a good talker.
