Sexual Harassment in the Work Place

I wonder why men require this kind of cheap trick to break a women...doesn't those men believe on their own ability to go where they want instead of chasing a single girl to break her? I feel sorry for pathetic mindset of this kind of men....how they get good position in company is still question for me...people expect good direction from those person on responsible position... But if they are acting like this, then we can wonder what kind of culture they form.....
