My sunshine does the same. I think it's the physical sunscreens because I've find zinc oxide as an ingredient of oil controlling products that do not claim it had spf. So I thought the zinc oxide was included more as a oil control than sunscreen ingredient in those products.

I always love your eye looks bc I have a smaller lid space/crease but I'm unskilled so I just stick to like 2 eyeshadows. I tried the Cotz tinted SPF40 and it keeps my oils at bay too! The BeautyRx one is a bit expensive for my taste but maybe I'll try it next (:
