yes he gives all flame dmg up as long as the assisted fighter is alive. Bison is ur best bet to put him on

I just dont understand how this is a fair assessment on how good Fei Long is, and if he even is any good. You talk about his Flame vuln on 1 being better, but you would need a fast enough team to bypass the 12 second breakpoint of the debuff falling off. The only units fast enough in Flame faction is someone like Decapre, who wouldn't benefit from having Fei on the team. Akuma is faster than Decapre, but then he would break Fei longs stacking passive. Also, if youre going to use Fei Long as an assist, why would you even want his Fighting Spirit above 5? If you're a whale, fine, but other F2P players might be mislead by what you're saying. You go on to showcase him against the boss, and look I understand there aren't good ways of showcasing or testing team compositions, but you're trying to play off example 1 (where you have F.Blanka only doing his Super combo) and compare it to Example 2 (where not only do you have F.Blanka now doing his Super Combo and his Combo 2 while also having the 25% dmg buff from Gore Magala Ken) and say "Look at the damage difference". It feels a bit misleading. If people saw this and took something away from it, okay. But when you start to go deeper into team composition and trying to figure out how to maintain Fei Long's passive as well as maintain the flame vuln debuff, it starts to be a little bit more complicated than the average person might think.

Np that's fair and a lot of rng applies here as well. If burn lands or is resisted etc. I made it clear that +5 assist is his best use for other units but if you look at any boss fights I've done on any event when I used fei long as the assist with dhalsim using fire carpet as other assist it out dpsed other assists like Cammy and viper etc. Unfortunately, you are right these aren't the best ways of testing but my results come from multiple uses of these units in different circumstances. Like today's Shura video will show more of this and I test multiple versions of the same units using different assists. If you plan to main him +20 is where u would stop but those are Hardcore fei long fans but for everyone else I mentioned he is best as assist. Hope that explains
