Guile is the original zoner bro. You call it spamming because you don't know anything about fighting games. He's throwing projectiles to force you to move and make mistakes. Which he capitalizes on using very good normals and the flash kick. You think he's spamming, any decent player knows he's just doing set up for his really good moves.
