All shotos are bad matchup for manon. Shotos are in your face brawlers. Manon is a weird archetype of long range grappler. Manon will do great in sf5. Not in sf6

I don’t either, it’s unfortunate too how she’s so mid that I don’t know what she does or what she can and can’t do in ranked and I still beat her most of the time. I feel like that really says a lot about her character on the whole.

Manon has been purposefully nerfed so all the other classic and male characters are stronger than her (because she’s reward base [that should tell you something about her; she is supposed to be a juggernaut])-she can’t even grab anyone unless it’s OD unlike Zangief or Lily. She’s not a grappler she’s a ballet dancer with one simple throw that changes the more you do it-making her basic and one dimensional. Unless Capcom wants her to win she won’t, because they clearly don’t want her to! 😅

None of those are grapplers. Geif randomly has good match ups against a lot of top tiers. He's a much better pick for the play style, but manon is cooler

@@travkenn1019 Because he is making his talents work harder than it should and not good for his mental health. Do you really think he is enjoying reading me and other people's "stop complaining" comments? It is obvious that he is not enjoying this version of SF. No problem. But *IF* that is the case then he should just take the path of least resistance. Use a character to win and get paid. Instead of struggle, win sometimes and get paid sometimes. I have absolutely no problem if iDom plays the meta. You can't force someone to enjoy a game or sports. But if it is your source if income then he should just play the meta. He is too good to be tortured like this especially when he can get better results. At least that is my $.02

@@ashbha4138 It would be freaking great! I mean if iDom wins CC with Manon, that would be mind blowing. That being said, it is really painful watching him struggle with the game. He is not enjoying it.
