man I kinda wanna see them let FChamp compete again and just monitor the guy HEAVILY, if only because I know the legend behind his name and I’d really wanna see a top level Dhalsim not really something I would expect or ignite social media for, but it’d be cool to see someone this good at this character

13:30 that's interesting to go for Lvl2 instead of Lvl3 here. If Champ hits level 3, I'm pretty sure he wins. He's dead if either gets blocked. He bet on Mena doing a throw/standing attack so that he could get out of the corner in burnout, and wanted to rely on his defense to defend Mena's mixups

Lvl2 comes out a few frames faster than Lvl3, it's Dhalsim's most effective reversal if that's what you're using it for.

It's a shame FChamp is a piece of work and can't actually compete. He is a genuinely good player, among the best, but I think he is almost singlehandedly responsible for giving Filipinos a bad rap in the FGC just because of his antics off stage.
