the timing & connection skills are still player based. throwing fireballs with m control doesn't give us the same level of fireball skills like daigo.

Mai actually be a very good modern control character. Having an instant SA1 to get fire stocks is pretty wild. And with SA1 already being a good AA you basically can't jump at Modern Mai if she has a Super Bar

Because she literally just came out at the time of these matches, and there's tons of returning MR players after the player base spike from 24K to 62K. Now were at 39K today.
